USR Day 2025 Wristbands allow for those wearing them unlimited passes to the inflatables and other rides at the event. Wristbands purchased for $20 in this pre-sale can be picked up at the event. Wristbands purchased at the event will be $25.00 each.

What is USR Day? When and where will it be held this year?

USR Day (in previous years Oktoberfest) is held every year at Lions Park in Upper Saddle River. This year the event will be held from noon until 5:00pm on September 13th (rain date September 14th) and will feature music, inflatable rides, a PBA obstacle course, hayrides, games, food vendors, retail exhibitors and a beer and wine tent. A senior tent for USR residents aged 70+ will feature a lunch and activities for this group. Many local community and service organizations will participate and be featured in a large, centrally-located community organization tent - come learn more about how to get involved in these wonderful local groups.

Our Purpose

USR Cares is dedicated to expanding the safety net for residents of Upper Saddle River who are experiencing a crisis and is a resource for residents to find assistance and solutions for critical needs.  USR Cares will:

  • Provide support for individuals who request assistance after experiencing a crisis

  • Deliver programming, events and initiatives for and proactively support the Upper Saddle River seniors community

  • Have volunteers whose medical, legal, financial or community service experience allow USR Cares or pursue its mission
